Outsourced is set in a call center in Mumbai, India, where an American novelties company has recently outsourced its order processing. The plot begins when an American played by Todd Donovan is sent to India to manage the call center. That statement alone brings lots of interest.

The story progresses with comedy as major in lines of love, Indo-American culture, jokes, jobs, singing, dancing, sex...and everything that goes with life. The show grasps the reality of life right from the recession, global outsourcing, to the differences in culture and its possibilities all bottled up in one comedy show.
